"Detail" this sculpture expresses movement, like that of bamboo on a windy day. I use geometrical forms that echo the surrounding wooded areas and to establish a strong connection to the divergent angles of nearby bamboo shoots. In turn, the dark shine on the surface of the sculpture relates to the closeness of water. "Untitled" is part of my "Japanese Teahouse" series. Burghley Sculpture Garden, Stamford
